The Algorithm is the musical project of Toulousain Rémi Gallégo, created in 2009. His music mixes various influences coming from Electro and Contemporary Metal (Djent, Prog, etc ...). After some self-produced EP, the one man band made an appearance at the Euroblast Festival in Cologne in 2011, alongside bands like TesseracT or Textures. A first album was released in 2012 after a signing at Basick Records.

Après quelques EP auto-produits, le one man band fait une apparition à l´Euroblast Festival à Cologne en 2011, aux côtés de groupes comme TesseracT ou Textures. Un premier album voit le jour en 2012 après une signature chez Basick Records.
